What voltage does the machine support?

110 V, 220 V and 380 V (50/60 Hz) are all available. Confirm your local power supply when ordering and we will configure the motor accordingly.

What pellet sizes can it make?

From Φ2.5 mm to Φ8 mm. Flat dies with different hole sizes are interchangeable for poultry, livestock or fish feed.

Can I process wet or oily materials?

Materials should be dry or slightly moist (moisture below 15%). Very oily or high-fiber materials need pre-mixing with dry ingredients.

How easy is maintenance?

Flat die and rollers are replaceable wear parts. We supply spares and provide remote guidance for any maintenance.

What is the warranty and after-sales support?

One-year warranty on the machine. Our engineers reply within one working day for configuration and technical questions.

Can this machine produce fish feed?

Yes. With a smaller flat die (Φ2.5–4 mm) it can produce sinking fish feed from the right formula.

How much can it produce, and is that enough for my farm?

The 9KL-180D produces 50–100 kg of pellets per hour. At 8 hours a day that is 400–800 kg, enough for a family poultry or livestock farm and small feed workshops. If your demand grows, you can run longer hours or add a larger model later.

How much space does the machine need?

The machine weighs only 85 kg and occupies about 1.1 × 0.8 m. A level concrete floor, a roof overhead and clearance around the motor are all it needs — a small shed or barn corner is enough.

I am new to feed making. Is it easy to operate?

Yes. The 9KL-180D has one main switch and a simple die-and-roller design. Most first-time users are comfortable running it within a day. We send a manual, video guide and offer remote one-on-one guidance by WhatsApp.

Besides the main machine, what else do I need?

For a small start you only need a power supply and raw materials. As demand grows you can add a crusher, mixer, dryer and cooler to form a complete line — we quote the matching configuration for your material and output.

Why choose a flat die machine instead of a ring die?

Flat die machines are simpler, cheaper, easier to maintain and ideal for small farms and mixed formulas. Ring die mills suit large continuous industrial lines of several tons per hour. For 50–100 kg/h on a farm, a flat die is the practical, cost-effective choice.
