**1. General**
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SIDIO Machinery website and the purchase of our products. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

**2. About our products**
- SIDIO Machinery manufactures and exports feed pellet machines, biomass pellet machines, production lines, forage machinery, and related equipment.
- Product specifications shown on our website (capacity, power, voltage, output) are for reference. Final specifications are confirmed in writing before production.
- Images may differ slightly from the actual product due to configuration and customization.

**3. Pricing and quotations**
- All prices shown or quoted are in USD unless otherwise stated.
- Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless stated otherwise in the quotation.
- Prices are FOB China Port (usually Qingdao, Tianjin or Shanghai) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

**4. Orders and payment**
- An order is confirmed when you accept our written quotation and we receive the agreed deposit.
- Standard payment terms: T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) bank transfer or PayPal. Payment schedules are confirmed in the written quotation.
- Final balance is due before shipment, or as otherwise agreed in writing.

**5. Shipping and delivery**
- Shipping is arranged under Incoterms agreed in the quotation (typically FOB China Port).
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to production schedule, port congestion, or customs.
- The buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance in their country.

**6. Warranty and liability**
- Our warranty terms are described in the Refund Policy.
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the contract value of the machine concerned.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of production or profit.

**7. Intellectual property**
- All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product data, is the property of SIDIO Machinery and may not be reproduced without written permission.
- The SIDIO name and logo may not be used without our written consent.

**8. Governing law**
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
