Shipping policy

**Incoterms**
All shipments are arranged under FOB China Port (typically Qingdao, Tianjin, or Shanghai) unless otherwise agreed in the quotation.

**Shipping methods**
- Sea freight: recommended for large machines and production lines. We handle export packing and port delivery; the buyer arranges ocean freight or we can arrange it on your behalf.
- Air freight: for small machines and urgent spare parts.
- Land freight / express: available for small items and documents.
- Door-to-door service: available on request for select destinations.

**Export packing**
All machines are packed in export-standard wooden crates or pallets, protected against moisture and vibration, designed for long-distance sea transport. A packing list is included with each shipment.

**Delivery time (after production)**
- Standard machines: ready for shipment within 7–15 working days.
- Production lines: 20–35 working days, depending on configuration.
- Spare parts: usually shipped within 3–7 working days.

**Tracking**
We will provide you with shipping documents (packing list, commercial invoice, bill of lading/air waybill) once your order ships, and keep you informed of the shipment progress.

**Import duties and taxes**
The buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance in the destination country, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

**Damaged or missing items**
Please inspect your shipment upon receipt. If items are damaged in transit or missing, please contact us within 7 days with photos so we can assist you with the carrier claim.
