Refund policy

At SIDIO Machinery, we are committed to your satisfaction with our machines and equipment. Because most of our products are custom-manufactured or configured for your specific requirements, please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

**Pre-shipment cancellation**
- Standard (non-customized) machines may be cancelled before production begins. A full refund of the deposit will be issued, minus any bank transfer fees.
- Customized machines (voltage, colour, OEM branding, or configuration changes) cannot be cancelled once production has started, because they are manufactured to your specification.

**Pre-shipment inspection**
- We strongly recommend a video inspection of your machine before shipment. If the machine does not match the agreed specification, we will correct it at no cost before delivery.
- Once the machine is shipped, ownership and risk of loss transfer to the buyer under FOB terms.

**After delivery – quality warranty**
- All machines carry a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects in main components under normal use and proper operation.
- If a defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the defective part at our cost. Replacement parts are shipped within a reasonable timeframe.
- Warranty does not cover: damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, unauthorized modification, normal wear parts (dies, rollers, hammers, blades), or damage in transit caused by the carrier.

**Returns**
- Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrectly shipped machines, and only within 14 days of receipt with prior written approval from us.
- Return shipping costs and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility unless the defect is confirmed to be our responsibility.
- Because our machines are large and heavy equipment, a full refund (including deposit) is generally offered only for confirmed manufacturing defects that cannot be repaired.
